Steak Tagliata. Steak from local butchers - fry for 3 minutes, flipping every 20 seconds for rare. Rocket and Parmesan salad with a dressing of Rosemary, Garlic and Lemon. And of course, a hench bottle of Red. Thanks to http://frankhamstein.tumblr.com for inspiration

Might not look like much but this red pepper sauce is pretty kaboom. 5 red peppers, roast em up till black. Remove skins, fry up with shallots garlic and stock. blitz in a blender and eat

Thai beef soup. Slithers of raw beef, let the broth cook it innit. Lemongrass, ginger, fennel and other spices. Lob in some noodles and boom.
